Two Decades After 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami

 

 

 

The UNESCO-IOC and BMKG are organizing the 2nd UNESCO-IOC Global Tsunami Symposium: Reflection of the Two Decades of the Indian Ocean Tsunami 2004. The symposium will bring together scientists, researchers, engineers, practitioners, and policy-maker from all over the globe to discuss the state of the art and the latest advancement on tsunami science, engineering, and early warning system for better tsunami disaster preparedness and mitigation.
