Malaysia amazing place : Bohey Dulang Island
Bohey Dulang Island is the second largest island in Tun Sakaran Marine Park. Nestled amidst crystal-clear blue waters, this volcanic island boasts a prominent green hill at its center, the remnant of an ancient crater. It is accessible by boat from the mainland of Semporna. Upon reaching the island's summit, hikers are rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of Bohey Dulang and the surrounding islands of Tun Sakaran Marine Park. From this vantage point, the turquoise lagoon, pristine white sandbar, and intricate coral reefs unfold below. The island is home to a diverse bird population, including hornbills, partridges, babblers, metallic pigeons, and ground-dwelling bushbirds. Besides its avian wonders, the island is home to long-tailed macaque monkeys and rare plants that thrive on volcanic rocks.
