Thai specialty: Suea Rong Hai

 

 

In Thai this dish has a name which means: “the crying tiger” It is a brisket of beef marinated and slowly grilled over a wood fire, served with an aromatic sauce (jaew) which enhances the dish with its complex bouquet (a salty, sweet, spicy and fragrant mixture of fresh herbs, we then understand that there is enough to make a hungry tiger cry!
