A specialty of Mozambique : The Camarao

 

Naming it for its hot sauce made from red peppers originating from Africa, “Camarão a Moçambique” is a dish originating from Portugal. Declined in many ways, depending on the families and regions, this dish is generally accompanied by rice or pasta and is also embellished with piri piri sauce and hot pepper powder or finely minced.
