India : Bathu Ki Ladi ,a Pong Dam miracle
The charming Batu temples are famous for their annual immersion in the waters of the Pong Dam. In fact, they remain partially submerged for 6 months and are completely invisible during the monsoons. This chain of artistic creation gradually emerges during the summer and is then accessible by road. At other times, you can reach the temple by boat. In particular, there are two different versions about the origin of these fascinating temples. Locals believe that these structures were built 5,000 years ago by the Pandavas, during the Mahabharata era. They claim that during their exile in the mountains, they built not only the rock temple of Masroor, but also this chain of temples.
