In June, the city of Toliara will host the first edition of the Tuléar Indian Ocean Film Festival on the Sea, a major cultural event that takes place on the sidelines of the United Nations Conference on the Ocean. This exceptional meeting, sponsored by the Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy, is already shaping up to be a rendezvous for filmmakers and marine environment enthusiasts.
