Ravitoto: a traditional Malagasy recipe

#Sustainabletourism #Madagascar  #IndianOcean

The “Ravitoto” is none other than crushed cassava leaves. It is very tasty, sometimes mixed with very fatty pork or grated coconut juice. The “Ravitoto” is certainly not very appetizing at first sight but the first bite will titillate your taste buds. Who doesn’t love this typical dish from Madagascar? With a little rougail decorated with parsley, it also serves as an accompaniment to rice. The dish is really delicious and you quickly become attached to the taste.
